A wonderful day was had by all at TPC open doubles and BBQ held on 20th August 2023 at Towers Pétanque Club, Brentwood.
Thanks to everyone who entered, brought food, set up and prepared the site, cooked, organised and ran the bar, cleaned up kitchen and site, helped with the competition organisation and everything else on the day.
We had 14 teams, excellent weather and great results from Towers members against some very strong competition.
Congrats to the Gold Cup winners: Simon Bird and Dave Pearse, Zoe Preston and Mark Jones as Gold Cup runners up, Tim Kok and Moe Tarabishi as Silver plate winners and to Paul Smith and Terry Whiting as Silver plate runners up.
