Chequers from Great Tey, move to the top of the table after the 2nd Regional Qualifier, which was held at Victorians PC, Theydon Bois. They started the day in 5th place but with Paul Brown in excellent shooting form, quickly moved up the table with 4 wins.

Adam and Eve slip down one place to second. Adam Buxton, Vince Schofield, Lee Dodge and Michelle Tarbun started the day with losses to Three Lions and Victorians 1 but bounced back with 3 wins.

The Towers team of Peter Way, Colin Roper and Chas Atkinson had a very good day with 4 wins which saw them jump from 9th to 3rd, their only loss being 13-10 to Thorley 2.

Victorians 1 had 3 wins and move up to 4th from 7th. Three Lions also with 3 wins stay in 5th place.

Onley had a poor day with just 2 wins and fell four places to 6th.

Next come Colne Angel with 2 wins which meant they dropped 2 places to 7th, and Rayne Angels who also only managed 2 wins on the day to fall down 5 places to 8th.

The next four places are closely contested by Victorians 2, Campetanque & DBD who are all on 4 wins apiece, with Boules Up just taking the last qualifying spot on points difference and 3 wins.
