EPA AGM

Dear All
Following the AGM at the weekend Mike Pegg has prepared the following documents confirming what proposals were accepted and what were altered etc. Also attached is Mikes report as President to the membership..
Mike has asked me to remind you all to read the alterations to the EPA Constitution around the EPA Congress. Once the EPA's Constitution has been updated i will send it to you.
I have also been asked for each region to:
1.   Let me know when your AGM's are planned.
2.   Send me a copy of your current constitution via email after your AGM
3.   Send me for file copies of your Minutes of your AGM and Minutes of any subsequent meetings.

An open letter to our membership which I have titled EPA Congress – 16 June 2007
I am not sure that the title will provoke much interest is used as a link to the file perhaps “Do something positive” would be better.
